How do I use the QR Code?

The QR code is scannable in the Santa Fe Experience App. When a patron makes a purchase at a local business, they can scan the QR code to get Swag Points.
Local businesses should display their QR code near checkout registers, or alongside receipts to make it easy for patrons to find.
Everytime a patron visits a participating business and makes a purchase they should scan the code. This adds a verified purchase to their account and helps them accumulate swag points faster.

What is a Swag Point?

Swag Points can be redeemed for Santa Fe County merch. Users will be notified when they’ve reached enough swag points to make them eligible.
The amount of swag points that you have can be found in the Santa Fe County Experience App under “My Profile and Stats”.

Where do I find my QR Code?

Participating Business owners can log in to their account to find the business listings associated with their account. If logged in, they will be able to view and download a custom QR code associated with their business.
Users can find QR codes clearly displayed at participating business locations throughout Santa Fe County.

How do I download the Santa Fe County Experience App?

The Santa Fe County Experience App can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store (coming soon!)

How do I create an account as a business owner?

Business owners can add their business to the Santa Fe County Experience app by adding a business listing on this website. If your business has already been added by the Santa Fe County Experience Team then it may need to be claimed. To claim a business you must create an account using the email address listed on the business’ profile and then claim that business (see below).

How do I claim a Business within the App?

To claim a business within the Santa Fe County Experience App, first login to the website. Then, navigate to the business in question and click on “Claim this Business”. An email with a special link will be sent to the address we have on file. By clicking on that link, the business will be associated with your account.

If the email address we have on file (typically the one listed on the business’s website) is not correct, or you do not receive the email, please contact us.

How do I reset my password?

Both business owners and app users can reset their password here: https://sfcountyexperience.com/lostpassword/. You must use a valid email address and it must be the same email address as you signed up with.
